Emma helps organisations create digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs. She excels at conducting user research, employing data-driven insights and applying systems thinking in her design approach.

She's driven to use her design superpowers for good.

Emma makes magic as part of the team at Weave Content Strategy and Design, a specialist consultancy. She crafts content-led, user-centered websites for government, not-for-profit and large corporate clients.

Emma has worked in service design and UX at ANZ Bank. She taught at Billy Blue College of Design and is an AWARD school graduate. She has shared her knowledge as a guest speaker at Swinburne University and Melbourne University among others.

She is currently nerding out over Object-Oriented UX, researching 1980s interiors and drinking old fashioneds (sometimes all at the same time).
